Janbox provides 30 days of free storage from the date your package is successfully received at our warehouse in Japan.

Customers can monitor the remaining storage period for each package through their Janbox account.

After the free storage period expires, storage fees will be charged according to the current pricing schedule.

Storage fees may be calculated based on:

• Storage duration
• Package size or storage volume

If customers do not provide shipping instructions after the free storage period, Janbox may:

• Continue charging storage fees.
• Temporarily suspend certain services.
• Contact the customer for further instructions.
• Dispose of unclaimed items in accordance with company policy after reasonable notice has been provided.
• Charge any disposal costs incurred.
