  1. Scope This Purchase Policy applies to all customers using Janbox's Proxy Buying services for purchasing products from Japan.

  2. Our Service Janbox provides a proxy shopping service that enables customers to purchase products from Japanese e-commerce websites, online marketplaces, auction platforms, and local sellers. Janbox handles the purchasing process, receives the items at our warehouse in Japan, and arranges international shipping to your delivery address.

  3. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for:

  • Carefully reviewing product descriptions, specifications, sizes, colors, and condition before placing an order.
  • Paying all applicable service fees and shipping charges.
