1. How to Check Your Order Status on Janbox

How to Check Order Progress and Track Shipments To find out where your order is and when it will arrive, simply follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Log in to your Janbox account.
• Step 2: Go to Account and select Orders.
• Step 3: Here, you'll see the current status of your order. Once your package has left the international warehouse, the system will update it along with a Tracking Number.

2. Order Status Guide on Janbox

Status	Description
Payment Request	Waiting for you to complete the first payment
Accepted	Payment received; Janbox has confirmed and accepted the order
Awaiting Purchase	Janbox is in the process of purchasing the item from the seller
Purchased	Purchase successful; waiting for the seller to ship to the warehouse
Inbound request	The package is being shipped domestically to the Janbox warehouse in Japan
In storage	The item has arrived at the warehouse; awaiting consolidation (if applicable) and second payment for international shipping
Shipment generated	The Janbox warehouse is packing the item and completing export customs procedures
Delivering	The package is in transit internationally to your address
Delivered	The carrier has successfully delivered the package to your address
