1. Payment Process
1.1 For "Buy Now" Orders Step 1: After finding the product you want, review the product details, then tap Buy Now.
Step 2: Choose a Payment Method You have 3 payment options to choose from:
- Pay with My Point (Janbox Wallet)
- Pay with a Visa card
- Pay with PayPal Step 3: Place Your Order Review your order summary — product cost and shipping fee — then tap Place Order.
Step 4: Complete Payment
- My Point (Wallet) payment: The system will automatically deduct the amount from your wallet if your balance is sufficient. If your balance is insufficient, you'll be prompted to top up your wallet.
- Visa payment: You'll need to enter your Visa card details as required to complete the payment.
- PayPal payment: You'll need to log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment.
1.2 For Orders Added to Cart
Step 1: Add the Product to Your Cart
After finding the product you want, review the product details, then tap Add to Cart.
Step 2: Review Items in Your Cart
Go to your cart and review the items you've added. Select the items you want to purchase, apply any available vouchers under the Discounts section, then tap Proceed to Checkout.
Step 3: Place Your Order Choose your payment method, review the order summary, then tap Place Order.
Step 4: Complete Payment
- My Point (Wallet) payment: The system will automatically deduct the amount from your wallet if your balance is sufficient. If your balance is insufficient, you'll be prompted to top up your wallet.
- Visa payment: You'll need to enter your Visa card details as required to complete the payment.
- PayPal payment: You'll need to log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment.

b) Shipping International (Excluding Vietnam) International shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Destination country/territory
- Actual weight or converted (volumetric) weight of the package (as determined by the shipping carrier's regulations)
- Selected shipping method
