Account Setup Guide

After successfully creating your Janbox account, you should update your personal information and shipping address. Completing your account setup will make purchasing, payment, and shipment creation faster and more convenient.

1. Set Up Your Account on the Website

Step 1: Log in to your Janbox account. Step 2: Hover over your Account Name in the top-right corner and select My Account. Step 3: Click the ⚙ Edit Profile icon in the top-right corner to update your personal information.

Update Delivery Address Step 1: In the left-hand menu, go to Utilities and select Address Book. Step 2:

• Add a new address: Click the Add button and fill in the recipient's information.
• Edit an existing address: Update the full name, phone number, or specific address as needed.

2. Set Up Your Account on the Website

Step 1: Open the Janbox app and log in. Step 2: Tap Account in the bottom menu bar. Step 3: Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner, then select Profile to change your information.

Update Delivery Address Step 1: On the Account screen, scroll down to find the Utilities section. Step 2: Select Address Book. Step 3: Tap Add New Address, or select an existing saved address to edit it.
