Payment Methods

Janbox supports multiple payment methods to help users complete purchases and auction payments conveniently and securely. Currently, Janbox offers the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Janbox Wallet (My Point)
  • Airwallex

1. PayPal

PayPal is one of the most popular international payment methods available on Janbox. By linking your PayPal account, you can quickly pay for purchases, auction orders, and international shipping fees. Video Tutorial: How to Pay with PayPal

2. Janbox Wallet ("My Point")

The My Point Wallet is Janbox's internal wallet system that allows users to add funds to their account balance in advance and use points to make payments. Instead of making separate payments for each order, users can deposit funds into their wallet and use their available balance to complete transactions.

How the My Point Wallet Works:

  • Add funds to your My Point Wallet.
  • Receive points in your Janbox account balance.
  • Use your points to pay for purchases, auction orders, and international shipping fees.
  • The wallet currently supports three currencies: VND, JPY, USD
  • Funds in the wallet do not expire.

Important Notes

  • Your wallet balance must be sufficient before making a payment.
  • The processing time for wallet top-ups may vary depending on the payment method used.
  • In certain situations, wallet balances may not be refundable.

How to Add Funds to Your Wallet

  1. Go to Account > Point Wallet > My Point Wallet.
  2. Select the desired currency and choose a payment method to top up your points.
  3. Enter the amount of points you would like to add.
  4. Click Submit Request to complete the top-up process.

Point Conversion Rate

The point conversion rates for each wallet currency are as follows:

  • 1 Point = 1 VND (VND Wallet)
  • 1 Point = 1 JPY (JPY Wallet)
  • 1 Point = 1 USD (USD Wallet)

3. Airwallex

Airwallex is a flexible payment gateway that allows users to make payments directly using payment cards or mobile wallets. With Airwallex, you can:

  • Add credit or debit cards
  • Use Apple Pay
  • Use Google Pay
  • Make secure payments through supported payment methods

  • Other card providers depending on your region
