1. Searching for Products on Janbox Start by searching for the products you want to purchase from Japanese websites through Janbox. You can search for products directly on the Janbox platform or paste product links from supported Japanese marketplaces and online stores. Once you find the desired product, add it to your cart and place your order through the system. After you submit your order, Janbox will purchase the product on your behalf. The following methods can help you find products on Janbox.

Method 1: Search by Keyword (Product Name)

Step 1: Sign In to Your Janbox Account

Sign in to the Janbox app using your email address or phone number.

Step 2: Open the Search Bar

Tap the search bar at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Enter a Product Keyword

Enter the name of the product you want to search for (for example: camera, watch, lighter, or sneakers), then tap Search.

Step 4: Select a Product and Place Your Order

Choose the product that best matches your needs from the search results and proceed to checkout.

Method 2: Search by Product Link

Step 1: Copy the Product Link

Copy the product URL from a supported Japanese shopping website or marketplace.

Step 2: Paste the Link into Janbox

Open the Janbox app, paste the product link into the search bar, and tap Search.

Step 3: Review the Product and Place Your Order

The system will automatically redirect you to the product page on Janbox. Review the product information and proceed to checkout.

2. How to View Japanese Product Information (Automatic Translation)  When shopping for Japanese products on Janbox from sources such as Mercari, Yahoo! Auctions, Rakuten, and Amazon Japan, you do not need to worry about language barriers thanks to the automatic translation feature. How to Use: On the product detail page, simply tap the "Translate" button (or the language icon) in the app.  Result:** The system will instantly translate the entire product description into Vietnamese, making it easier for you to review and understand the product information.  Tip: As this is a machine-generated translation, some information may not be completely accurate. 3. How to Shop on Rakuten, Mercari, and JDirectItems Shopping through Janbox

To purchase products from Japan through Rakuten, Mercari, or JDirectItems Shopping, simply follow the three-step process below.

Step 1: Search for Products

You can find your desired products using one of the following methods:

• Method 1: Enter the product name or keywords directly into the Janbox search bar.
• Method 2: Copy the product URL from the original marketplace (such as Rakuten, Mercari, or JDirectItems Shopping) and paste it into the Janbox search bar.
• Method 3: Select a marketplace logo on the Janbox homepage and browse products by category.

Step 2: Review the Product Information

Click on the product you want to purchase. Carefully review the product details, including:

• Product options (such as color, size, capacity, etc.)
• Quantity
• Product availability to ensure the item is In Stock

Step 3: Place Your Order and Make Payment

Choose Buy Now to proceed directly to checkout, or select Add to Cart to continue shopping.  Once you have reviewed your order details, complete the payment through the Janbox app.

After selecting your desired product, you can complete the shipping and payment information by following the instructions below. 

1. Add a Shipping Address Please provide the following information accurately to ensure successful delivery of your order:

• Country
• ZIP/Postal Code
• State/Province/City
• District/County
• Detailed Address (house number, street name, building name, etc.)
• Recipient's Full Name
• Contact Phone Number

2. Choose a Shipping Method Under the Delivery Option section, Janbox provides two shipping options to suit your needs, whether you prefer to consolidate multiple orders or receive your package as quickly as possible.
3. Storage & Consolidation Mode (Default) This is the default option set by the system. Once your package arrives at the Janbox warehouse, our staff will inspect, measure, and calculate the international shipping fee. You can then log in to the Janbox app to pay the shipping fee and arrange delivery to your address. This option is ideal if you purchase multiple items from different sellers and want to consolidate them into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.
4. Automatic Shipping Payment Authorization With this option, Janbox will automatically pack and ship your package as soon as it arrives at the warehouse. The international shipping fee will be deducted automatically without requiring additional confirmation from you. To use this service, your Janbox Wallet or PayPal account must have a sufficient balance (Points) in advance. Note: If your Janbox Wallet balance is insufficient for automatic payment, the package will remain at the warehouse until you add funds and complete the payment successfully.

 

3. Choose a Payment Method

Janbox offers several convenient payment options:

• PayPal
• Janbox Wallet (Point balance)

4. Confirm and Complete Your Order (1) Review Your Order Carefully review all order details, including the product information, shipping address, and total amount to be paid. (2) Complete Your Order Click Place Order to complete the ordering process. Order Successfully Placed

Once your payment is successful, the system will display an "Order Payment Successful" notification. A confirmation email will also be sent automatically to your registered email address. You can track your order status at any time through the Order Management section in your account.
