About the Janbox My Point Wallet  Janbox Wallet (My Point) is Janbox's internal digital wallet that allows customers to deposit funds in advance and use their balance to pay for products, auction bids, shipping fees, and other services. Instead of making separate payments for every transaction, customers can preload funds into their wallet and use their available balance whenever needed.

  2. How the My Point Wallet Works  The My Point Wallet is easy to use:

  • Top up your Janbox Wallet with your preferred amount.
  • Receive Points in your Janbox Wallet balance.
  • Use your Points to pay for purchases, auction orders, and international shipping fees.
  • Choose from three wallet currencies: VND, JPY, and USD.
  • Your wallet balance never expires.

Important Notes

  • Your wallet balance must be sufficient before making a payment.
  • Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method.
  • In certain situations, wallet deposits may not be refundable.

How to Add Funds to Your Wallet

Step 1: Go to Account > Point Wallet > My Point Wallet. Step 2: Select the desired currency and choose a payment method to top up your points. Step 3: Enter the amount of points you would like to add. Step 4: Click Submit Request to complete the top-up process.

  3. When you place a bid using your Janbox My Point Wallet, an amount equal to your maximum bid will be temporarily held until the auction ends.
  4. If you win the auction, the final winning bid amount will be automatically deducted from your Janbox My Point Wallet balance.
