昭和の時代、祖父母が使っていたものです。ずっしりと重く、風格があります。魚の解体などに適した、伝統的な片刃構造の出刃包丁です。
汚れは無く保管されていましたが、所々錆びやシミ、細かい研ぎ傷が見られます。
