鳥取県智頭町に代々続く鍛冶屋。
大塚刃物鍛冶の包丁は、稀少価値が高く入手困難な国産の砂鉄を使い、島根県安来市にて作られた安来鋼を熱して地金に挟み、一つ一つ丁寧に手打ち鍛造されています。柄の部分に使われている自然の表情を残した山桜の枝は、しっくりと手に馴染み、食と向き合う時間を豊かにしてくれます。
